Working alongside internationally-recognized entrepreneurs and extraordinary community leaders, you'll unlock your potential and discover ways to change the world for the better.
Your Project: You will visit some of the country's most impactful community and environmental projects and complete our 50-hour course, giving you problem-solving skills and knowledge to start your own service project in your own country. Six months later you will send us a 3-minute video to demonstrate the progress of your service project. Afterwards, our team of experts will offer you UNLIMITED help and advice to ensure your project has the best chance of success.
Your Experience: Throughout your 4-week stay, you’ll immerse into local ultra-friendly culture by living with a Colombian family, dancing salsa with professionals and cooking with experts. Adventure weekends take you into the verdant Colombian jungle where you’ll find toucans, hummingbirds and howler monkeys. You’ll also discover the amazing snowy-peaks in the Los Nevados National Park, walking through cloud forests and underneath one of the tallest palm tree species in the world.

The 4-week program: during a specially-designed course of 50 hours, you will learn how to collaborate with communities to identify real problems, develop these problem-solving skills, and learn how to maximize and measure your impact.
The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals: you engage with specially-chosen SDGs, discovering how your project can help in the fight to end extreme poverty, fight inequality, and combat climate change.
Your project: you will be expected to deliver a 3-minute video in your own country, six months after you leave Colombia to demonstrate your progress. Our team will offer you UNLIMITED advice and guidance on any project in progress and connect you with international organizations for external help.
Week 1: Medellín, Antioquia
Begin your journey in the city declared the most innovative in the world. Immerse into Colombian life by staying with a local family surrounded with astounding natural beauty. Connect with inspirational communities and work with environmental conservation projects making a huge impact on the country's environment. Start your learning journey by reflecting on your role in the world and how we can work together to reach the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Week 2: Medellín, Antioquia
After a weekend of rafting and jungle adventures in rural Antioquia, return to your host family and start building your own project and getting to the root of a problem you have identified with dynamic workshops in Medellín’s most create institutions. Experience the alluring local culture with salsa classes, soccer matches, exotic fruit tours and even a team cooking challenge.
Week 3: Los Nevados National Park, Quindio
Travel to the stunning UNESCO-protected coffee zone for an adventure of a lifetime. Led by professional guides, walk through Los Nevados National Park, discovering mysterious cloud forests, alien-like vegetation, soaring condors, hoards of hummingbirds and the world’s tallest palm tree species. Work with a bioconstruction project and learn how to become a real Colombian coffee barista.
Week 4: Medellín, Antioquia
During the final week, construct your project plans, placing maximising impact at the centre of all your actions. You will be guided through impact measurement practices and given the opportunity to present your idea to a group of experts and innovators, receiving essential advice to make your project a success. Close the program with a bang with a celebratory weekend in a country farm.
Week 5 (optional): Caribbean Coast, Magdalena
You travel to Colombia’s Caribbean coast to explore the highest coastal mountain range in the world. Engage in reforestation projects, discover world-class cacao and coffee and enjoy a multi-day trek through the jungle, where you find an ancient civilization unchanged from the 7th century.
